Is it possible to rate below one starts ? Such a worst experience ever had. They blocked my account without any reason now asking for documents .I uploaded the documents they want but they are not responding now .it's been 2 months now.No reply from their side only automated replies coming from their side. Very disappointing.

Thieves... robbed me of £250, NO live chat, NO telephone service, NO updates on frozen money. Genuinely belive they have robbed me
Its rubbish it charges everytime i use my card an cant even use it in most shops when it does work it charges 3 pound or more and if iv only got 8 pound in it dont let me send it to another account toget it out as you cant use it a post office to get it out... This banking app really needs sorting out people these days havnt got the money to be paying 3pound or more a time to get money out

It says :finish your sign up and If I click it makes me put my email ( login in). I cannot login either. Something is wrong!!
